How I Work

Athlete Questionnaire

We will send over a questionnaire to see where you’ve been, where you are going, and learn more about you as an athlete. This serves as the blueprint to build the relationship on. 

Past Training Analysis

We will link your TrainingPeaks to our account. We will look at your past rides, perform an analysis on your strengths and weaknesses and use relevant metrics to identify where your training should take you.

Program Creation

I will design a training plan that is tailored to you, meaning that it fits alongside your lifestyle, your fitness level and works towards achieving your own goals – whatever they may be. Nothing is ‘off the shelf’.
