This Mixed Build is a little more broad in the type of training you do, aimed at riders seeking to keep their events a bit broader.
The Mixed Build plans job is to place fairly even emphasis on multiple energy systems. After all you are here to try and create all-round cycling strength. It looks at extending your durations during efforts near your FTP, spicy VO2max and the ability to repeat hard efforts regularly whilst fatigued, and anaerobic, all out intervals.
